About Tech Support Diagnostics

Tech Support Diagnostics is a Kenyan registered company under the Companies Act (Cap.486) Laws of Kenya.

Tech Support Diagnostics was incorporated in 2010 as a trading company in medical and hospital equipment and consumables as well as in laboratory and research instrumentation and consumables.

Mission

We are committed to supplying quality laboratory products at all times for the good health of patients

Vision

To assist small and medium size hospitals and research institutions give quality and affordable service through provision of high quality diagnostic equipment and consumables as well as effecient machine maintenance and repair services.

Initially, Tech Support Diagnostics was founded with the aim of assisting small and medium size hospitals with bio-medical engineering skills since it was expensive for them to employ a resident bio-medical engineer.

In 2012 Tech Support Diagnostics ventured into sales and supply of quality and affordable clinical and laboratory consumables. This went hand in hand with repair and service of medical and laboratory equipment.

Tech Support Diagnostics is situated in the C.B.D of Thika the industrial town of Kenya. This makes it easier to attend to our clients within Thika, Nairobi and Kiambu and their environs promptly as well as in other parts of Kenya from a central location.

Company Structure & Assets

Staff

Our team comprises of qualified and dedicated staff. Besides the Managing Director, our technical department has 3 qualified biomedical engineers who combine both engineering and sales work. Our staffs receive continued engineering, product and management training.

Location

Our offices are located on a strategic and excellent location off Thika superhighway in Ngoiwa, TSD House, next to KPLC Depot.

Transport

The Manager and Technical sales representatives are equipped with individual cars. These assist in attending to our customers in time and do deliveries within Nairobi. Supplies outside Nairobi are supplied using courier services which guarantee 24 hours transportation to town outside Nairobi.

Other Facilities

Our offices are equipped with the latest data processing equipment, networking as well as Internet connections. One showroom is established, displaying most of our products on sale. Our premises are protected with the latest state of the art security systems. We also have a well equipped and inhouse state of art laboratory for testing, analysis and review of equipments.
